We still have a dream team.
Our department consists of seventeen creative, organized, enthusiastic, passionate and compassionate staff members. We have seven Afrikaans and seven English educators as well as two French educators. We have youth and we have experience – we have it all!
Since the inception of our school we haven’t had a single failure in Grade 12!
This competent and talented team has been responsible for excellent Grade 12 results. Our learners have loads of distinctions which is the result of subject expertise and an ability to adapt in an ever-changing educational system.
We are the lucky educators who can experience the diverse temperaments and talents of our learners. In our classes we provide an open, warm climate where learners can construct their knowledge and express joys, sorrows and opinions.
It is through insight in literature that the learners are helped to find meaning in life and celebrate their individuality.
The methods, setworks and assignments we incorporate in our classes have been selected to help our students to become independent and creative thinkers.
We enjoy our work and we are simply the best!
MS BERTIE RIEGER – HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
